Mark Proujanski

Mark Proujanski is the co-founder and CEO of IMNEX GROUP, Inc. (originally founded as Imnex International, Inc. in 1991). With more than three decades of experience, he has built one of the most distinctive advisory practices at the intersection of geopolitics, investment, technology, and sustainable business strategy across the U.S., Eurasian, and African markets.

He previously served as Director of Business Development and Trading (2014–2018) at CPC Company, a major stakeholder in the Caspian Pipeline Consortium—the largest international oil transportation project in the world—where he developed deep expertise in energy infrastructure, environmental compliance, and complex cross-border commercial structuring. Earlier, as Director of Business Development for Russia at HeidelbergMaterials, he led a major multi-year investment program, successfully navigating regulatory requirements, driving technology transfer, and ensuring ecological compliance in a demanding operational environment.

As CEO of IMNEX GROUP, Mark shapes the firm’s strategic direction and oversees its most significant client relationships. The firm delivers customized solutions in technology-driven business development, digital transformation, cybersecurity, government relations, market entry strategies, foreign direct investment, and ESG frameworks.

In parallel, Mark serves as CEO of the Global Alliance on Sustainability & AI (GASAI), leading initiatives that integrate artificial intelligence with sustainable development to address pressing global environmental and social challenges.

A proven institution builder, Mark chaired the American-Eurasian Chamber of Commerce for 17 years (1997–2014) and currently serves on the board of the America Vietnam Europe Development Alliance.
