Joe Reddix is a visionary leader in quantum-secure technologies and next-generation AI. As Head of Quantum Cybersecurity & Quantum AI at Imnex Group Inc., he drives the convergence of quantum security, quantum-enhanced AI, and workforce transformation to prepare organizations and professionals for the quantum-era digital battlefield.

With deep expertise in Master Systems Integration (MSI), Joe excels at translating complex strategies into measurable results through high-performing Integrated Program Teams (IPTs). He is known for his guiding mantra: “The Network Is The Prime — Anywhere, Anytime for Any Reason Workforce Development.”

He leverages platforms such as Databricks to design scalable data pipelines that power secure Quantum AI (Q-AI) solutions. His strategic insight was sharpened through participation in three high-level workshops for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (OUSD) Research & Engineering, contributing to the Department of Defense’s AI software marketplace strategy.

A member of the Quantum Security Alliance and Cybersecurity Advisor to Montgomery College, Joe is strongly committed to closing the quantum talent gap. He champions inclusive reskilling and upskilling programs built on a Peer-to-Peer model that fosters opportunity and economic parity.
