Helen Teplitskaia is the Founder, Chair, and Global Managing Partner of Imnex Group — a boutique strategic execution firm that delivers complex, high-impact mandates at the intersection of emerging technologies, geopolitics, and global markets. With over 25 years of experience, she has worked directly with presidents, prime ministers, senior government officials, C-suite executives, and leading academics to design and personally drive implementation on exceptionally challenging initiatives.
From 2014 to 2022, she served as Advisor to the President of Sber (one of the world’s largest financial institutions). During her tenure, Sber served over 100 million clients across 21 countries. She provided strategic advice and hands-on implementation support to senior management and clients in digital transformation, integration of innovative technologies (including artificial intelligence, cloud, IoT, and analytics), international investments, geopolitics, ESG, and business development.
A recognized authority on Eurasian affairs, geopolitics, geostrategy, and frontier technologies — particularly artificial intelligence, quantum computing, robotics, and cybersecurity — Helen has spoken at the World Economic Forum, OECD, and U.S. Department of Commerce. As Founder and President of the Global Alliance on Sustainability & AI (GASAI), Helen is a prominent thought leader who actively drives global dialogue and collaboration on artificial intelligence, quantum technologies, and robotics. She convenes top policymakers, scientists, industry leaders, and academics to develop responsible governance frameworks and practical solutions for AI, quantum innovation, robotics, and cyber defense.
