Ben Roginsky

Ben Roginsky brings over 20 years of experience driving enterprise-scale digital transformation across major global financial institutions. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Risk Infrastructure at Citi, directing global risk, infrastructure, and AI strategy. Prior to that, he held Vice President roles at M&T Bank and First Niagara Bank, and spent nearly 16 years at Bank of America—where he founded the AI & Six Sigma Enterprise Data Quality practice, reengineered regulatory reporting architecture, and led CCAR, BASEL III, and RWA governance initiatives.

He has architected large-scale AI platforms, agent-based automation ecosystems, and enterprise data infrastructures across AWS, Azure, and Snowflake environments—delivering billions in cost efficiencies while strengthening regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and decision intelligence.

At Imnex Group Inc., Ben leads the Digital Transformation practice, partnering directly with executive leadership and PMO teams to embed AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making into the core of client operations. He establishes enterprise AI governance frameworks aligned with NIST and global regulatory standards, and delivers complete data lineage and observability across complex multi-cloud ecosystems. Ben doesn’t advise from a distance—he builds alongside client teams, ensuring every initiative delivers sustainable, measurable results rather than just another roadmap.
